Terres-Histoires is a 8-10 years old workshop program in 20 2h sessions focusing on editorial creation created for the school Robert Gobez of Poix-Terron, in the french Ardennes.

The workshop program consists in the writing, illustration and layout of tales through different creative workshops

This workshop was part of the residency program Création en Cours, organized by les atelier Médicis and was articulated with a research in the folklore of the Ardennes territory. These researches were deeply entwined with the Contes Cardinaux and ÆGIS projects.

The process documentation was ultimately displayed in an exhibition at the town's library (thanks Isabelle).

Personimo is a 8-12 years old 2h standalone workshop created for the centres culturels français de l'étranger that was given in Freiburg and Karlsruhe.

Relying on modular stamps allowing character creation and base editorial layouts, the participants are invited to create a micro-story.

Sacrées Formes is a double workshop split into a 2-8years old and a 8-12years old program, depending on the attending participants. Each program is a standalone 1h session.

For the younger audience, the idea is to look in the mural for specific elements and to play with the gigantic totem/cubes to create characters by mixing the modules.

For the older audience, a set of modular stamps allowed the creation of a personalized editorial in the shape of an altarpiece.

Odyssée is a young adult 4h standalone workshop around popup book creation created for LISAA Paris.

The workshop propose to the participants to build their own popup card, around the theme of travel, made from assembling figures and elements from a shape library.

They are guided step by step in the process. The workshop starts with an introduction to the key principles of popup book creation, then moves into the creation of narrative scene from the proposed modular elements, then in the planning of the card & paper engineering, then through fabrication, and concludes with a photoshoot of the production.

Mondomonstres is a 10-12years old 10x2h sessions workshop created for middle-school Jean Burger of Moyeuvre-Grande.

The workshop consists in the collective creation of a wide cast of characters, split into families, and result in the creation of 7families games.

Collective work happens at two levels: generally, with the different families interacting in a shared landscape illustration, but also more locally, with each creature family created by a team of 6 participants, who designed the creature with feedback from the others, and designed icons to represent the family on the cards.

In the context of Moyeuvre, 2 sets of cards were created, with a blue & a red version. Both background illustrations worked as standalone, but the decks could also be displayed side by side to creat and gigantic landscape with all the characters.

Utopie.S is a 4-8years old 10x2h session workshop around writing & drawing created for l'école des 4bornes of Woippy.

The focus of the workshop is to work collectively on the creation of imaginary cities. The program starts with defining, through writing and drawing, individual living spaces. Then, the participants integrate these ideal living spaces into collective cities they think collectively. Finally, they draw a map and write a description of their ideal cities that are then used as a basis for screenprinted posters.

Structures Oniriques is an 10-12years old 10x2h workshop created for le Groupe Scolaire Jean XXIII (Montigny-les-Metz).

The workshop deals with dreamt landscapes incarnated through procedural writing and drawing.

The workshop concluded with a process exhibition at the TATA galerie, installed in the yard of the school, where participants productions were displayed, and an explanation of the riso process used for the collective editorial produced as a memory of the workshop.

Masquer Révéler is an adult 2h standalone workshop created for les Hôpitaux de Charentons, specifically the service dealing with mental health.

The workshop consists in having the participant use collage to cut elements designed for the workshop in order to create their mask. Through the session, discussion is encouraged in order for people to talk about themselves, vent and shared experience around their trouble, in an attempt to create social link and collective support.

Collages Ludiques is a 1h standalone adult workshop that started as a school project. It was given in the hôpital Jean Minjoz of Besançon, the Ch Jury near Metz, and various GEM (autonomous peer help groups focusing on mental health) in Metz.

The workshop was mostly designed as an attempt to encourage experience-sharing and sociability for people facing mental health issues. It revolves around collage, that participant must procedurally design following a set of rules incarnated in a game board. Adaptation to the creative constraints, unexpected development of everyone artboard following the randomness of dices, the protocole is designed in order to encourage the happenstance of unique moments inviting discussion.
